What are the 4Ps in Marketing?
4P marketing is a well-known concept that summarizes the 4 main elements of any marketing strategy: product, price, place, and promotion .
Sounds pretty simple, and it is (the hard part is putting it all into practice, which we'll talk about below).
The idea behind the theory is that if you implement them, you will be able to generate more sales. But unfortunately, it is not that simple.
The origin of this concept, also known as the marketing mix, dates back to 1960, when McCarthy presented it in his book “ Basic Marketing: A Managerial Approach .”
You may rightly point out that this concept is already a good 60 years old, but I would not be talking about it now if this concept were not relevant in our time.
