Sergey Anokhin mentioned that a comfortable debt load level of 2.0x for the Net Debt/OIBDA indicator and the structure of the borrowed funds portfolio allow Rostelecom to continue developing both its basic and new business areas during the period of increased rates.

"The company is in the final stages of developing an updated strategy, which we plan to present to the market in the second half of 2024. In it, we will formulate new key priorities until 2030, including taking into account the strategy for the development of the communications industry, as well as technological leadership and digitalization of the economy. In the new strategy, we will outline plans for investing in business growth, creating and unlocking value for our shareholders," said Sergey Anokhin.
