The number of contracts through referrals has increased by 188%! Realizing the effectiveness of the app

──We have heard that since the release skype database of the app, the number of contracts through owner referrals has been steadily increasing.

I'd like to talk about two events that took place after the app was released.

The first was an event held to celebrate the opening of our Urawa showroom.
Over the three days, about 40 owners came to experience Kondo Construction's latest model home. As a result, we were able to secure two contracts through referrals .

The second event was a reservation-only "Private Spring Festival" held at each housing showroom. We
also planned to promote downloading the app by giving people the chance to participate in a lottery if they downloaded it.
As a result, 248 owners visited the showroom and we were able to receive 35 referrals .

The number of contracts signed through referrals has increased by 188 % compared to the same period last year, and the effectiveness of the app is being strongly felt within the company .

--We understand that you encourage people to download the app at the events mentioned above, but what else are you doing to encourage downloads?

For new customers who have signed a contract but have not yet handed over their home, we hand out a flyer during the consultation and have them download it on the spot. For existing owners, we send them direct mail and call them to ask them to download the flyer.

Currently, among owners who have lived in their homes for up to 20 years since taking delivery, approximately 50% of those who have been introduced to the app have already downloaded it.

--What do you think about the advantages and difficulties of running a business that utilizes smartphone apps?

Younger employees were fairly quick to accept it, but some of the more experienced employees were unfamiliar with IT, so getting them to understand and move the project forward could be a difficult aspect.

Because the app's results are so visible, our president has said, " I want you to roll it out to other departments too! "
