his was reported byTASSon Monday, November 18. TASS has at its disposal an appeal sent by State Duma Deputy Speaker Vladislav Davankov and MP Anton Tkachev to the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. In it, the MPs propose adding a function to "Gosuslugi" to send a message to a driver whose car is blocking the passage.
"We consider it necessary to introduce the ability to send messages to the owner of a car by its license plate number via the State Services portal or the ability to make secure calls using the portal. Such messages or calls will be anonymized to protect the personal data of both parties, and will allow drivers to promptly inform the owners of interfering cars about the need to clear the road," the document says.

The Cabinet of Ministers has determined the state services that can be obtained using biometrics at the MFC
The Russian government has determined the list of government services that Russians will be able to receive at multifunctional centers for the provision of government services (MFC) using biometrics in the Lipetsk, Chelyabinsk and Leningrad regions. This was reported to TASS by the office of Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko.
According to Dmitry Makarov, Director of the Digital Solutions Competence Center of Nota LLC (part of T1 Holding), the technical implementation of the deputies' proposal will require developing a request form on the Unified State Services Portal (Gosuslugi). "It is necessary to work out the client path, organize the receipt of the necessary information from the car number database and implement a mechanism for sending a message to the owner via SMS, Push notification or call. In addition, it will be necessary to resolve a number of issues related to cooperation with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate and gaining access to their databases, supplementing the current regulatory documents and a channel for notifying car owners," he said. According to Dmitry Makarov, the budget for operating the service will depend on this.
Most leaks are not published in the public domain.
