The Deputy Head of the OAC recalled that in February 2023, the President of the Republic of Belarus signed the Decree "On Cybersecurity" (No. 40 of February 14, 2023), which implies the construction of a comprehensive multi-level system to counter cyber threats - for both critical and information infrastructure facilities. "Since the appearance of this decree, a number of cyber incidents have been identified in Belarus, and all organizations covered by the decree are creating infrastructure cybersecurity centers. The OAC coordinates these activities," explained Sergei Zhernosek.

Solar Group's cooperation with Belarus began more than a year ago. In January 2023, the International Education Center of the Republican Unitary Enterprise "National Traffic Exchange Center" (NTEC) organized a six-day intensive training course on cyber education for Belarusian organizations in Minsk, including cyber training on protecting infrastructure and responding to typical hacker attacks. This intensive course was conducted by Solar Group teachers. Sergei Zhernosek noted in an interview with a ComNews correspondent that NTEC is a subordinate enterprise of the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

NCOT is a backbone operator and owner of a certified cybersecurity center in the Republic of Belarus, and is also engaged in improving the qualifications of executives and specialists of republican enterprises in the field of information security.

On June 26-30, 2023, the International Education Center of the National Center for Educational Technologies (NCET) together with the Solar Group of Companies held cyber exercises in the Republic of Belarus. Participants of this five-day intensive course received knowledge to strengthen the cyber defense of their enterprises and practiced methods and techniques to repel cybercriminal attacks.

As reported by the press service of the Solar Group of Companies, two weeks ago the OAC issued a positive conclusion on the compliance of the Solar Dozor DLP system with the requirements of technical regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Belarus .
