At the suggestion of the Ministry of Digital Development, the requirements obliging digital platforms to transfer data on their activities to the authorized body, on the procedure for changing contracts for the provision of services and the return of goods by platforms, as well as posting data on the goods on the Internet were excluded from the bill. The previous version of the bill of the Ministry of Economic Development proposed to prohibit unilaterally changing a contract for the provision of services with a partner if the latter was not notified of this 30 days before the changes were applied. Moreover, regardless of whether the contract worsens the partner's position or, conversely, improves it.

The Ministry of Labor proposes to include provisions on the specifics of interaction between Internet platforms and individuals offering services or work in a separate bill. The Ministry of Economic Development believes that these provisions should be retained within the framework of the draft law under discussion.
The Ministry of Digital Development proposes not to force platforms to separately mark those product cards for which the Internet platform changed the place in search results for a fee (for example, if the company that placed the card bought advertising). The Ministry of Economic Development insists that this requirement ensures the transparency of offers on the Internet.
The press service of the Ministry of Digital Development reported that together with the Ministry of Economic Development, they take into account the positions of all participants in digital platforms when developing and coordinating proposals for the draft law. The document is currently undergoing interdepartmental approval; there is no final version yet, they added.
