ANO Dialog presented a study of the level of online communication of government bodies for the third-fourth quarters of 2024. The Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Social Fund of Russia topped the rating of federal executive bodies (FEBs) for work on the Internet for the third-fourth quarters of 2024, which Dialog compiled jointly with the Government of the Russian Federation to assess the level of information work of ministries and departments on the Internet. These are the results of the eighth rating, in which the top three scored 87.36, 84.86 and 84.29 points, respectively. The Ministry of Health moved up to the leading position from 24th place according to the results of the previous assessment, the Ministry of Economic Development lost first place, and the Social Fund of Russia retained the third line of the rating.

Deputy Chairman of the State Duma IT Committee Anton Gorelkin noted that the internal dynamics of the rating deserve special attention: compared to the previous period, the leading positions have changed significantly. "This indicates that the conducted research has a serious impact on the competencies of employees responsible for work on the Internet. It is noticeable that many departments have carried out serious work on errors, strengthening the most important areas - for example, work with citizens' comments," Anton Gorelkin emphasized.

Representatives of the press services of the Ministry of Health, the Social Fund of Russia, the Ministry of Education, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Education and Science did not respond to a request from a ComNews correspondent. However, a representative of the press service of Dialog noted that the departments have shown good results in their work on the Internet, although there is always room for improvement: "To get 100 points in the rating, government agencies must first of all increase user engagement in the published content. It is important to actively interact with subscribers in the comments, and openly and promptly respond to requests. In the content filling of the public, it is necessary to pay attention to different formats, to publish not only news, but also educational and entertaining content in greater volumes."
