Hello Krzysztof! After talking to the Talents you found during the job fair, tell us about your perspective and impressions of participating in the event.
KRZYSZTOF: I am extremely who do not have a perfect samoa email list 150000 contact leads
pleased to point out that we have been associated with your fairs from the very beginning. We appeared at one of the first editions and have always been with you throughout all these years. What I like most is that you attract people who are our target group. They are young people who are either students or have just graduated and are looking for their way to adult life. I appreciate the professionalism with which the fairs are prepared, I like the formula, the commitment of people and the combination of pleasure and usefulness - I believe that this is an attractive event for both participants and employers.
TALENT DAYS: What do you think is particularly attractive to both parties? What differences do you see compared to traditional recruitment?
KRZYSZTOF: In my opinion, fairs are a very important supplement to traditional recruitment and for us they are one of the recruitment paths in which we regularly participate. We operate in the long term and in terms of branding, we do not only appear when we have current needs. We show up regularly to be in the minds of young people and give them an interesting option for life. Regular participation gives the opportunity that if someone was at the fair for the first time and did not know what to ask yet, they can come up to the next one and talk more specifically. Traditional recruitment is important and will certainly continue to be used, but this form of reaching young people is very important and attractive. From the employer's point of view - thanks to participation in the event, you can also see what the trends, expectations and moods are on the labor market. It is also interesting to exchange experiences with other employers.
TALENT DAYS: This shows how committed you are! How do you think a candidate can stand out at a job fair?
KRZYSZTOF: I think that the most effective thing is the way you behave and your body language. You can quickly see if someone is just coming to have another conversation and is rushing to buy more gadgets, or if they are really someone who came to find a new challenge. I always appreciate it when someone comes to a conversation and is able to tell you a little bit about themselves. It doesn't have to be a lot, just a few sentences. Before I tell you about our offer, I like to know who I'm dealing with and what they're looking for. And can I offer them something? If someone can introduce themselves or ask a few cool questions, they're an instant winner. It's great if someone already has some information about us - it's not essential, but if there's some kind of starting point, it immediately creates a great atmosphere.
