The classic approach is to display portraits of individual employees, including their first names, job titles, and contact information (including social media). Whether these are arranged side by side for scrolling or arranged in clusters depends on the design of your website.
Is there an office dog or goldfish? Of course, they can't be missing from the team photos.
The roll-over change from a “normal” portrait photo to a photo with an accessory or grimace or to a more private photo/hobby of the respective employee is also often implemented.
It's nice if each employee is represented with a short quote.
A little more complex, but also more dynamic, is to have a small animated GIF of each employee.
If employees do not want to be represented with a photo, use avatars instead of your employees' photos or have each employee portrayed as their video game hero.
