The power of habits
One of the key points to implementing a successful personal growth plan is to harness the power of habits.
To get new results you have to take new paths, and get to italy email list make them almost automatic. The best solution to get the desired results is therefore to create habits that help you reach your goals.
For example so as a habit I decided, every morning during breakfast, to dedicate an hour to reading: that's 365 hours a year that allow me to read at least 1-2 books a month!
This is a small, great habit that has allowed me to make a dramatic change in my life, because thanks to all the books I have read I have acquired skills that have allowed me to further improve my life, create further new habits and continue to improve myself.
As you can see, it's a virtuous circle that feeds itself: once you have set the right habits, you will start to improve exponentially and create space for new virtuous habits.
