"Basic". In this case, the business will be able to provide the user with only the basic characteristics of the goods. You can place an order after corresponding with the seller, calling or going to the website (if there is one). If you have a small online store or the goods are not mass-produced, but are created individually to order, you can choose the "Basic" option. A block of goods of this type allows you to show the assortment and give the user an interesting offer.

"Advanced". In this case, the community turns into a complete analogue of an online store. On the right in the menu, the administrator has a "Shop" item, which gives access to advanced settings. From here you can add new products to the store, receive orders, manage delivery parameters, accept payments, etc.

If sales are not the main goal of your community, then the products tab does not have to be the first one. Otherwise, you need to click on the gear in the section menu, drag the “Products” item up and click “Save”.

In the second case, you should use the "Sending a message" objective to receive requests for products that you will show in the ad.
