Kanebo Cosmetics has many stores in department stores across the country .
As the COVID-19 pandemic led to restrictions on in-store customer service, the company introduced LINE mini-apps for each of its three brands: SENSAI, KANEBO, and LUNASOL.
By implementing services that were previously popular saudi arabia email address in native apps, such as the ability to present a membership card, view purchase history, and check in-store skin measurement results, the app has achieved a membership conversion rate of 120% and a message open rate of 143% .
The click-through rate was also around 10-15%, which is about twice as high as that of native apps.

Financial industry example: Sumitomo Mitsui Card
In May 2021, Sumitomo Mitsui Card became the first financial company to introduce the LINE Mini-App .
We have developed an app that allows users to check payment amounts, usage details, point balances, and make various changes without having to log in every time with their ID and password (ID linking is required).
As a result, we were successful in attracting a light user demographic who had not previously used native apps because logging in was too tedious.
Just one week after the introduction, the number of ID linkings increased by approximately eight times, and has since continued to increase at a rate of approximately five times that of the original number.
Furthermore, by setting the LINE official account to be added as a friend when registering the LINE Mini App, communication with customers was successfully strengthened.
By sending messages tailored to customer information, the open rate increased to 70%.
