We will tell you about five Auto China 2024 trends that are worth focusing on if you work with the auto market in Russia and abroad.

Flying cars
One of the most unexpected trends that will become relevant by the end of 2024 is the launch of a series of eVTOLs, i.e. flying cars. The most striking technological exhibit of the exhibition was the two-seater electric car X3 from HT Aero (part of the XPeng concern).

Xpeng has already received preliminary flight approval from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and is preparing to start production of the air vehicle in the fourth quarter of this year.

The first human-controlled flying electric car will cost about 1 million yuan. At the current exchange rate, this is about 13 million rubles.

The creators assure that the X3 will work on the principle of a quadcopter, and made the car's body light for movement at low altitudes, and also equipped it with safety systems for road traffic. However, for now you can only see the electric car flying on a computer screen.

The technology will open up new prospects in the transportation of goods and passengers, which will most likely have a significant impact on the availability of urban infrastructure, especially in congested megacities.
