Music Minds Matter was set up as a dedicated service to anyone working in the industry who is struggling to get by, or knows someone who is. It doesn’t have to be a crisis, not even a music crisis. And Music Minds at all times to listen, support and help anyone who needs it.

In a 2018 study by the Music Industry Research Association, 50 percent of musicians reported struggling with symptoms of depression, compared with less than 25 percent of the general apopulation. Nearly 12 percent indian mobile number reported suicidal thoughts — nearly four times the rate of the general population.
We have all experienced the damage caused by the pressures of this industry to some of the best minds. From Avicii to Mac Miller, these issues affect us all. By destigmatizing the way we talk about mental health, we reassure those who suffer from it that they can feel comfortable asking for help when they need it. Everyone should have the resources to ask for help without being judged and move forward with confidence and hope towards a better future.
